We were so excited to be the secret ingredient in the Uncle Nearest Cocktail Whiskey Competition at the Riviera Supper Club here in San Diego last week!

All the contestants shook and stirred their way to delicious cocktails featuring Jackie’s Jams, but we’d like to give a huge shout out to Juan Castañeda for his competition winning cocktail…

If you’d like to recreate Juan’s first prize cocktail at home, here’s what you’ll need:
Juan Castañeda’s Competition Winning Cocktail
1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884
.75 oz Osborne Fino Sherry
.25 oz Osborne Pedro Ximenez Sherry
.75 oz "Just Like Honey" Rice Nectar Syrup
.75 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
1 Heavy Barspoon Jackie's Mango Raspberry
Serve in a fancy glass and enjoy!
