In the modern world of processed foods, flavor is often valued over content, and quantity over quality. Fed up with the unpronounceable ingredients and the ubiquitous disregard for consumer health, we at Jackie’s Jams hold the taste and ingredients of our product in equally high regard.
Our operation is centered in an intimate kitchen in El Cajon. CA and fueled by locally grown fruits. We take time with our handmade batches of jams, jellies, and marmalades, slow cooking each to fully extract the exceptional flavors and gemlike hues real fruit has to offer. We add neither additional color nor artificial flavors to our jam – we understand that Mother Nature knew what she was doing when she created fruit, and we don’t mess with her formula. For the good of jam and food lovers everywhere, we abide by our mantra: real fruit, real flavor.
