If you’d like to recreate Juan’s first prize cocktail at home, here’s what you’ll need:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884

  • .75 oz Osborne Fino Sherry

  • .25 oz Osborne Pedro Ximenez Sherry

  • .75 oz "Just Like Honey" Rice Nectar Syrup

  • .75 oz Pineapple Juice

  • .5 oz Orange Juice

  • .5 oz Lime Juice

  • 1 Heavy Barspoon Jackie's Mango Raspberry

INSTRUCTIONS
