Pork Lion On a Bagel

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Grab your Favorite Nomad Bagel, slice and toast

  • Layer the pork loin and swiss cheese out on a plate in the shape of the bagel

  • Microwave until cheese starts to melt

  • Spread Jackie’s Passion Fruit Jam on the toasted bagel and slide the pork loin and cheese on top

  • Top with onion and arugula

Note: You may have to squish it down a little to get your mouth around it, so juicy and so good.
